Welcome to Miami Sign Decals. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our custom signage and decal products. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Custom Orders & Proofing
At Miami Sign Decals, we specialize in custom-made products.
- Design Approval: For all custom projects, a digital proof will be sent for your approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to check for spelling, color accuracy, and dimensions.
- Final Approval: Once a proof is approved via email or written signature, Miami Sign Decals is not responsible for any errors discovered after production has begun.
2. Color Matching & Materials
- Color Variance: Please note that screen colors (RGB) vary from printed colors (CMYK). While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee a 100% exact match to what you see on your monitor.
- Material Durability: We use high-quality vinyl and materials. However, the lifespan of decals depends on surface preparation, weather exposure, and maintenance.
3. Payment Terms
- Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to begin any custom design or production work.
- Balance: The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion or at the time of installation/delivery.
4. Turnaround Time & Shipping
- Production Time: Standard production time is typically 5-7 business days after proof approval. This may vary based on project scale.
- Shipping: Miami Sign Decals is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. Installation Disclaimer
If you choose to install decals or signs yourself:
- We are not responsible for damage to the product or the application surface (vehicles, walls, windows) due to improper installation techniques.
- Surface preparation (cleaning and degreasing) is critical for adhesion.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Custom Products: Because our products are custom-made to your specific requirements, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged due to our error or a manufacturing defect.
- Claims: Any claims for defects or shipping damage must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
7. Intellectual Property
Any designs created by Miami Sign Decals remain our intellectual property unless a transfer of copyright is agreed upon in writing and paid for by the client.
8. Limitation of Liability
Miami Sign Decals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
